when i was still in primary school ,my late brother used to beat me up should i fail to answer his questions on sports.sure , he was a bully , but how i missed him for that.He was doing so to get me intersted in sports , for at that time , i was quite a ..... well , too feminine for a guy ( IM NOT ANYMORE , can count on that !! haha .. )
Anyway , one of his favourite question was ... the OLYMPICS creed .He will force me to render it , turning it into a prayer of sorts , which goes ... "The most important thing in the Olympic Games is not to win but to take part just as the most important thing in life is not the triumph, but the struggle. The essential thing is not to have conquered, but to have fought well."
With that , its official , the olympics already started in malaysia .
It seems that nowadays , EVERYBODY wanna take part in the biggest game of all : POLITICS. Everyone is having a say or accusations. Pak Lahs corrupt,Anwars Sodomy, Tun Ms judiciarys saga, Najibs Attantuyas drama.
And lacking in cheer were not .
How giggly itll be for Singapore ."the stupid malaysians must be shooting a sitcom or somethg " .
In times like this , one cant stop to appreciate the ... pardon me Dr M , so called " dictatorship" of the previous administration . Dr M wudve easily stop all this nonsense .Or at least assuring itll only be discussed behind closed doors . Someone surely will reply me - thats opening to corruption,and rakyat deserves to know the truth . Well,heres my stand ... some things are not to be discussed in public.
Whats the good of discussing somebodys ass ( literally? ) in public?Anybody forgetting the increase of fuel?the rise of food prices? arent these suppose to be the headlines ?
The so called Dictatorship of Dr Ms ... is the one delivers results, for 22 years. And whole world salutes.The so called openess of the current adminstration,well, u know better.and were the joke.

Petrol Hike ...
...and then theres another hike ...
gawd !!!! ive always been fair of anythg people said bout governments ways of dealing things ,but this ...its soo unacceptable . True , the oil increase is a world thing , but to that much ? gawd .... here , let me share with you why im quite annoyed ...this is from one of the email i received yesterday ...
UAE - RM1.19/litre
Eygpt - RM1.03/litre
Bahrain - RM0.87/litre
Qatar - RM0.68/litre
Kuwait - RM0.67/litre
Saudi Arabia - RM0.38/litre
Iran - RM0.35/litre
Nigeria - RM0.32/litre
Turkmenistan - RM0.25/litre
Venezuela - RM0.16/litre
MALAYSIA - RM2.70/litre
and as to our petrol price is cheaper compared to singapore ... dear economist ... we are not as dumb as u think ... singaporeans earning USD25.000 per capita . Malaysians - USD 5,000 ( ya meh ? how many people in malaysia u personally know earns USD5,000 ? )
anyway ... wat crap are u talking tht with the save in subsidy , we can help the poor in rural areas . Newsflash bro ... even if u are going to build another 500 hospitals , 500 schools , 1000 better roads , heres the news , WE DONT REALLY SEE THE DIFFERENCE . and stop talking bout the poor kampung folk . wat about us , the city folks ? in my kampung, theres this old lady earns RM300 a month . sad ? wait ... let me tell u this ..she spends RM3 a day to prepare brakfast , lunch and dinner for the 3 in the family .With RM1 , she can buy 4 ikan kembung , and if shes willing to wait till the pasar / market is bout to close , heck , she can even get double of tht quantity. House rental is RM50.end of the month , shell still be able to save some .. now , back to KL ( and any other town ) . a young exec , who earns RM1500 , will have to spend RM300 minimum for petrol , RM400 more for car instalment , RM 300 for room rental , maybe RM 100 to pay back study loan , oh , need to save a bit for that road tax , insurance ... gawd ... moms asking for RM100 this month ... adoi ... my boss ask me to stay back the whole of next week ... maybe i shud get that maxis modem , so tht i can do work ive saved in email from home ...thts RM130 ... oops , shoe koyak already ... change laa .. gone another RM50 ... hmm ... bro ... by mid month , thts wer ull c cars parking by the road side becoz out of petrol , young chaps pretending to work during lunch when he/she is actually broke to eat ... o yah ... tht 1 bungalow with 30 tenants infrnt ur house ? U hate to have tht in ur neighborhood ? well .. wat to do ... we dont really have a choice ..
Hmm ... heres somethg interesting to ponder ... yesterday , somebody wrote to theSuns column , suggesting since Petronas money is of PEOPLES MONEY ... give to us thn . RM1k a year for everyone aged 18 and above . thts about RM17billion ... Petronas is making RM50bill plus a year . Well bro , no matter how stupid the idea sounds as itll make most politicians lose money ( read between the lines ya .. ) lets talk bout tht.
Yah , intrstg . RM1k , banked in straight to our account . and the rich can even do some good deed , by returning it back to the pool , hence people like me will be getting more . creating lazy bumps u say ? ya rite .... RM1k a year can make people doewan to work .or better yet , use tht money to reduce our loans .and somebody in the government says ' DIE LAA .. HOW IS MALAYSIA GONA SURVIVE THAN IF THE PETRONAS MONEY GIVEN BACK TO THE PEOPLE ?" oooo ... i didnt know we are sooooo depending on Petronas , and nothg else seems to work or making money for us ? Scrap tht F1 sponsorship thn . 10% salary cut ? cummon ... even the ministers vacation is paid for , why not 20% ? ohh ... and being in advertising , let me say this ... the millions ure spending on Sports development ?? crap crap crap . wat have we got to show , other thn badminton and squash ? Takraw ? Heck ... 75% of people in the world thinks Takraw is somethg ull find in Mc Donalds maybe.
Cummon .... uve talked soo much . Even the oppositions talks a lot . Do somthg for us , the young townies please . As much as we love our kampung folks , there , theyll hungry if theyre poor . Here , we will be hungry , car parked by the roadside as to no $$ for petrol , take public transportation , shoving here n there , only to b issued a memo for coming in late due to the ineffiency of the transportation system . and for guys , girls also lari to much older guys , coz we cant afford to take care of ourslvs , wat more thm . Oh , and every month have to boro here there to pay rental , if not , evicted . and have to borrow some more for a new rental deposits .You see ? we are the one suffers more ..... U think im being selfish as to asking u to care for us more thn the kampung folks ? well ... to those from kampung and now living in the city ... ask urself ... dont u agree the rurals folks are better off thn us in Kl / PENANG / JB ?
